Jordan Peele's 'social thriller' genre

In Jordan Peele's Get Out, that was directed back in 2017; I was astonished how well that movie was made from a comedian in Key & Peele. Influenced by Stepford's wife (1975) and Rosemary's Baby (1968), Jordan Peele expressed his experience of being black in America by representing 'Inferential racism' of Rose's parents to Chris. I find Get Out such a great movie about the horror of race. Jordan Peele's personal experience of being biracial half white half black in America is conveyed through the lens of the horror genre. As a person of colour in New Zealand, there are expectations and fears what other people can do or say to me, depending on what race I am.

What I like about Jordan Peele's horror movies is how much he subverts the cliché of horror stories. His recent work, 'Us' in 2019, was also another fantastic work from him about class relations. Jordan Peele directed two movies and have a lot of attention to the audience and made a big box office success and I can't wait for his next project.
